P: Number keys aren't working with tutorials

I'm following the in-program tutorials and several times it says press {numbers} except when I literally press the numbers, nothing works?

I am having the exact Same issue.   Very Frustrating to a new learner for the tutorial to be WRONG.....

What Kelsey means is that it shows the Command ID instead of the keyboard shortcut in the Learn panel.
Also, while editing the screenshots below (in a new document and with the tutorial document opened in a background tab), balloons started popping up with the same kind of bug. The balloons doesn't show after closing the tutorial.
