Hi, i cant use generative fill, but yesterday it was woking without this error message, can anyone help?

woke up this m orning to start work i needed to use generative fill now sufdenly all versions of my photshop are saying this feature is not available in your region at this time has been working fine never had this before. really need this feature as very busy with a project

Same here in hungary, none of the subscription works, not in any computer/wifi, nor on the online adobe express are working. Same message, even without firewall: Not avaliable in your region. And I can't even check my generative fill credits. Wierd. And not working on any previous version too.

Still no generative functionality within Photoshop for me. It's been days now.

I'm getting a new error message I've not seen before:

Firefly v. 1 does not work either.

I've tried adding a Photoshop exception to the Firewall but nothing has changed.

I couldn't seem to get Photoshop web working at all, so can't test functionality there. As of the 20th of October there is still zero AI / generative functionality in the desktop Photoshop.

We seem to have a Teams license. I will try reaching out to my IT department too.
