• Pegue um arquivo .ai e dê Cmd+I (Obter informações). Vá em "Abrir com" e defina como Illustrator para .ai. Provavelmente está para abrir como o Illustrator Beta. Troque para o Illustrator que você está usando. Seleciona "alterar tudo", dê o Ok e fecha. Agora já pode utilizar tranquilamente esta função no seu Photoshop.

Hi can anyone confirm that this issue has been fixed with the latest macOS 12.3.1 update from what I've read people are still having the same issue even when they've updated there MacOS?

It would be best to post a new question to the forum and include your Specific Photoshop Version, OS Version, and your issue.

Add a vector smart object in Windows. I follow the steps in the lecture for the course but when I double click an .ai file I don't get a "This document has been modified outside of Adobe Illustrator" and so if I did get this message I can press on OK and then Illustrator will open and I can go on with the course. Anyone else in Windows have this issue?

This workflow has been recommended for decades from Adobe. They have no control over anything to do with hardware connections to an external source. Anything can effect it - OS, read/write speed, etc.

This is totally a MAC OS issue, not Adobe. You'll have the same/worse issues trying to access Microsoft documents (especially Excel) on a network connection via Monterey.

The root cause is the Mac OS Finder is not releasing connections from your local software so it thinks its in use by another user. You can force quit your Finder and viola! it now works. Nothing to do with Photoshop.

alguien sabe de qué se trata este error? ocurre al intentar abrir un objeto inteligente en photoshop, creado en illustrator. He reinstalado versiones anteriores de ambos programas, borrado las preferencias, pero sigue sin funcionar. No sé si el problema es de PS o de AI.

can someone help me to fix this error? Happens when trying to open a Smart Object created in Illustrator in Photoshop.


I don't know if the error is due to Ps or AI, but when I try to open it I get that window and it doesn't open. I've researched what kind of error it is and can't find anything about it. I have switched to old versions, reinstalling, deleting preferences, and none of it works.

No sé si el fallo es por parte de Ps o de AI, pero al intentar abrirlo me sale esa ventana y no abre. He investigado qué tipo de error es y no encuentro nada al respecto. He cambiado a versiones antiguas, reinstalando, borrando preferencias, y nada de eso funciona.
