P: Photoshop crashes when using the crop tool - macOS Big Sur

When I am using Photoshop 2022 on MacOS Big Sur, I don't typically have to deal with too many errors. However, I recently discovered a bug that has been more than just an inconveience. Everytime I select the crop tool by hitting "c" on my keyboard, and try to exit by hitting the cancel button, Photoshop crashes. I don't know how to fix this, it only does this when I use the keyboard shortcut. I typically lose an hour or more of work, and as an animator, this is unacceptable. What can I do to fix this, and if I can't, I need Adobe to look into this bug. Attatched below are the error messages I receive after rebooting the program.

My apologies, I forgot to do so. I have filled out a crash report, and made sure to detail the specific steps that lead to the crash. Thank you

    I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. Did you send the crash using the dialog in your first screen shot?
