    Stuck on loading document for a few minutes now. Cookies are not being blocked. Other docs had multiple errors when loading, also were terribly slow to open. I also cannon get Open in desktop app button to work.

    Can you share screenshots of the error message(s) you are seeing?

    What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?

    I was trying to drag and drop a picture on the Ps (Beta) web app and it did not work. please look into it ASAP. Thanks
