P: Photoshop won't open images sent from Lightroom cc - Windows ARM Processor

Whenever I try to send an image from Lightroom cc to Photoshop cc, Photoshop crashes and won't open the image.

    Hi @SHARETTA 

     

    Which Photoshop version you are seeing crash? Ps 22.5.1 Or Ps 23.0? To check, go to Photohsop > Help menu > System info.

    If you have a problem like this, then it is essential that you give as much information as possible. What version of Lightroom are you using ("Lightroom CC" is an old name, no longer in use)? What version of Photoshop (again "CC" is no longer used in the name)? What version of Windows? Anything else people need to know (did you upgrade something just before the problem started)?
