Just installed CC 2018 on 2 fresh new computers, and everything works fine except for png image sequence export. When we try it just says "Could not complete the Render Video command because of a program error". Any idea why?

Hi Hannah,

Can you give any indication of when this new release might be available?

I don't mean any disrespect, Miss Hannah; however, we've been told that once before over a month ago and we simply require an ETA on it.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for your feedback. This issue will be resolved in the next release of Photoshop.

I can't get this work. It won't even bring up the render video dialogue box, and goes straight to rendering (at 29fps; not what I want), and then hangs at 50%. What is being done? Thanks

Also, if one makes a Timeline (Create Video Timeline) the png file format disappears from File>Save As.

Opening a video or creating a Video layer does the same as well.
