Print dialog box always opens at top left corner of screen and when maximised does not retain settings on next use. The print preview is also low res and pixelated.

I finally have the borders back after updating to 21.0.1 (I think 21.0.0 still had the problem). I still think the print preview looks pretty poor, low quality and pixellated, but I am not going to make a fuss about it. It's not a big problem, and if they do go back and tinker with the code goodness knows what else they would screw up!

Found it!  It was a buried a little more than before, but it is back and it does appear to work.  Thanks Adobe!  That only took two years to fix.  😞

I've just updated to 21.0.1 and I see no mention of the border function on the print dialog.  Where is it located?

The image does now appear correctly in the box when reloaded, however.  Not displaced upwards and to the left.

Jeffrey, just updated to V21.0.1 and the border function in the print dialog now works like a charm.  Thanks for the info.

Have you tried updating to Photoshop 2020 (v21.0.1)?

I have the same problem being unable to print black borders using Windows 10 & 7 and a variety of Epson printers (3880, 3800, R1900).  Agree with everyone else that it is unacceptable that Adobe has ignored the issue & has not solved the problem in 2 years.

I ́m still using old photoshop, why I pay for creative cloud if I can ́t update? 2 years with a bug, and Adobe does nothing to solve. Maybe a class action solves the problem for adobe?

Hi
Same for me.
If you activate the option "Registration Marks" above the Border option then border will be printed.
At the moment is the only solution i have been found.
I hope this can help you.
