P: Problem with drag and drop from the panel

Hello, dear friends.

From cc2015 to 2018 i can drag and drop any content to a document in PS that i generate in the panel as png or jpeg. In my case it canvas html5 that create some "Magic".
But in PS 2019-2020 its not working. I don't understand why.
I send example image via iframe (The principles works the same).
