P: PS 2024 to 2025 v26.6, the Shape Fill will always automatically fill in.

It will automatically fill colors using the Shape Pen tool. First, set the color not to fill, draw an object on the canvas, and then click on the background layer or image layer to automatically fill the color. It is very inconvenient for those who often use shape pen tools to pick images. This issue has been present from the PS2024 version to the PS2025 V26.6 version. We have previously reported the problem, but it has not been resolved.
