P: PS 26.11 Color Replacement Tool Eye Dropper

Ever since the update 26.11 I am unable to replace color by eyedropping the background swatch.

Image>Adjustments>Replace Color

When you click on the on result to change color, the color picker window opens. From there you could eye drop the background color from the tools panel. The eye dropper icon doesn't come up at all anymore when clicking foreground/background color.
