When I create a droplet in Photoshop 2025, it creates a folder instead of an EXE file. What is the solution?

Yes, the current version still doesn't work as stated in my previous post. Intall the BETA 26.11 or wait for the update to 26.11.
Current Version 26.10 = Droplet creation still broken.
BETA Release v26.11 = Droplet creation IS WORKING!

This is still broken in Photoshop, with the most current update.

Hi @pierreb94 , I would double check of your droplet settings. As far as I can tell the droplets I can make now are just fine, I've tested a few now. I always get confused about when I need an open step and when to use the override action open commands checked, it's a little unintuitive IMO. But my new droplets from the BETA are working fine. Good luck!

Yes it works with beta...but it does not work. I mean : I can now create a droplet, after fixing the problem of security in MAC OS, I put an image on the icon, Photoshop is lauched but error message and impoosible to get a result.

I have an action to reduce resultion of image. I have created a droplet years ago and I know that it works perfectly.

What I have done : export this action from PS2025 to BETA, check if it works in BETA >>> no problem. Create a Droplet, fix the issue in MacOS, drag an image on the droplet, BETA is open, and error message : IMAGE SIZE COMMAND IS NOT AVALAIBLE. This command is the 1st line of the action.

So, for me, the problem is half fixed...

DROPLETS WORKING IN THE BETA VERSION!!! I'm now able to make a Droplet with the Beta version 26.11.0. But still not fixed in the current version 26.10. Install the beta and move on, but the next regular update should be the end of this it looks like.
