P: PS 27.9.1 Edit > Stroke uses the last used color

I’m using Edit-Stroke function, but in latest updates there is a bug that doesnt stroke with right selected color.

I set stroke width, then I set stroke color, then I hit OK, but stroke has color that was prevously selected before change. Then I have to go one step back and try to Stroke again, then it usualy works well.

I can replicate this:

Steps:
New document, RGB
New empty layer
Hard round brush 100px opactity and flow 100%
Make a brush stroke on the empty layer using Red

Using menu item Edit > Stroke make dialogue 5px Colour green, stroke Outside

Issue in 27.9.1 a stroke is added but it is red (the original colour not the green selected)

Expected result seen in v26.11.6 a stroke is added but in the correct colour

Workaround : User stroke from layer - blending options (right click in layer panel for menu)
