Just noticed this bug when resizing the Shape window in the options bar

Photoshop version 23.0

Windows 10

GPU RTX2600 Super, latest studio driver installed

CPU i9 11900k

@Flawless_Galaxy225a I’m seeing that to, I think I remember reporting that issue many years ago but nothing was ever done about it

Thank you so much for confirming! It’s disappointing that this rendering glitch has been sitting around unfixed for all these years. I’ve gone through all the usual troubleshooting: toggling GPU compositing and OpenCL, both updating and rolling back GPU drivers, adjusting Windows high‑DPI scaling, and resetting Photoshop preferences. The vertical streaks only show up in the redesigned Shapes panel while scrolling, follow the mouse cursor, and vanish completely in CC 2019. It doesn’t break functionality, but it’s visually distracting.

I’ve run into a minor but quite bothersome issue. It does not really affect functionality, yet it is visually distracting, especially for someone with OCD. When I use the Custom Shape Tool in Photoshop and scroll within the Shapes panel, vertical rendering streaks appear along the right side of the panel and follow my mouse cursor. I have tried numerous troubleshooting methods, but I have not been able to resolve it.

Thanks Jeffrey, it's not something that affects my workflow, so not a big issue.

Thanks Ged, I can repro on my Surface. I'll see what the engineers say. Might be pretty low priority, however.
