P: Refine edge crashes constantly

Ok, thank you, and how can I do a crash report if the program does not crash but just some tool does't work?

I submited at least 8 reports with my email vbsa12@gmail.com directly from the Photoshop crash report window

If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html I'm not seeing any crash reports from folks on this thread. We're not able to reproduce, so a crash log is our next best hope.

Hi all, i've created an official bug report and linked to this thread... hopefully they can figure out what's causing the crash. I use the Refine Brush all the time and have never experienced a crash, so i'm not able to test this.

I have the same problem...my God, I don’t believe it... but they don't test the program before releasing a new version?!
I have mac Mojave 10.14 and I had to downgrade Photoshop from 21.2 to version 21.1. In this way the selection and mask tool (including refine edge) does not work anyway but at least the program does not crash.

This is happening with me too.

When I use the refine edge tool my Ps Crashes and close.

Are you serious? 8 months since this bug report and nothing was did by adobe?!

are you by chance running Lightroom Classic at the same time? Lr has a VRAM leak that can cause stability issues with Ps.
