P: repeatable crash when selecting shape layer inside of a folder

I'm hitting a hard, repeatable, crash. Happens every time I attempt to select a shape layer, with the shape arrow tool that is within a folder with a disabled layer shape mask on it.

Are you referring to the next release of CC, or an update to CS6 perpetual license version or both?
How often do they typically happen?

They get the highest priority, generally, so it will likely go out with the next release. Unfortunately I can't speak to our release schedule beyond that.
