P: Repeatable crash with Blend If on Group

In 21.2 using Blend If on a group closes the application

To replicate:
1. Create a group from 2 layers (these can be pixel layers or adjustment layers
2. Go to Blending options for teh group
3. Move the Blend if underlying layer slider

Result - Photoshop closes down - with no error message
Expected result - Blend if to work

System : Photoshop 21.2 , Windows 10 v1909, 64 GB RAM, Nvidia GTX1080 driver 442.92

    Hi Jeffrey (or anyone one else at Adobe)... any update on this? It's been 2 months now and very keen to get this functionality back...

    Nevermind! As soon as I added a hue saturation and curve adjustment layer into a group with a mask IT WOULDN'T BLEND. Now instead of crashing everything is either 100% or Nothing no blending working.

    I just upgraded to 21.2.2 and I'm also on Mac OS10.15.6. Unfortunately the problem still remains.

    After upgrading yesterday to Photoshop 21.2.2 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6 I have not had any issues with the blend if not working on a group. I've tried it with single layers in a group, along with multiple layers in a single group, and blend if has worked properly. I've even opened some older PSD files that were crashing and they have worked when using blend if on a group. Sad to hear that Windows 10 is still having issues.

    21.2.2 still happening Windows 10... Blend If on group just toggles effect on and on and doesn't blend

    On v21.2.1 on mac. Blend-if on a groups disables the adjustment layers (e.g. curves) contained within. Pixel layers seem to work fine

    Thanks for testing for us. It takes time and patience which I have run out of. Maybe next month's release will be worth upgrading to (from 2019).

    Updated to v 21.2.1 today, Blend If on Groups still broken. Rather than crashing now, Blend If just turns the group effect on or off depending on luminosity level... there is no feather or fade, it's just on or off.
