P: Rotating a floating image with rulers visible doesn't resize the window correctly

Hi Gene, we're aware of the issue with the window not resizing correctly if Rules are enabled.  Lisa's issue on the U2U thread looks like something different though. I posted a suggested on there.

There's a problem where some Mac users who prefer the Document window over Tabs, find that the document window does not resize when an image is either cropped or enlarged. Itried suggesting many things, but getting nowhere. Does anyone here know if it's a bug or something else that may cause the problem?

Please try the 19.1.3 update that was released this AM.

I'll consider it, however I often drag files straight into the PS file window from MacOs desktop so the App frame isn't possible.

Considering it's the 2nd bug I've seen recently that only happens with the App Frame Off, perhaps it's a subtle hint you're to give up your old ways now and adopt the App Frame. LOL
