P: Scrubby Zoom feature doesn't work properly - Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

This does work "technically", but it is completely unlike the original feature, this one does not position the image properly and overall is hardly usable.

I agree with this.

Although the plugin does on most occasions give us a work around, a proper solution should be an integral part of the software.

the plugin does help but photoshop is still not very quick. we shouldn't have to rely on a plugin though, this issue should have been resolved immediately. we are paying a monthly fee for this software and it doesn't perform as its supposed to.

Nik seems to be the difference. Have you checked for updates? Another way to tell is to hold down Shift when starting Photoshop to exclude third party plugins.

Hello - I have used the plugin for a week or so - no I have another bug - after using NIK plugin - the plugin don't work - and I have to restart PS - anyone else - or is it just me?

Last update of PS CC2015 (mac version) changed the way zoom works and my productivity is completely down.
Zooming and dezooming precision is totally lost !!!
is it a bug ? is it normal ? how can I turn back to previous behaviour ??
