P: Share Button Blinks Continually (23.4.1)

I have an issue with a blinking 'share' button (see attached video) and it's driving me nuts. (imac 27", OS Monterey, Photoshop 23.4.1) My solution at the moment is a piece of paper with tape to cover it, but I'm hopeful there will be a better solution for this bug.

The "fix" for this is not working. I just installed on a new Mac out of the box with all updates from Adobe and Apple. C'mon, Adobe, please talk your marketing team into letting the UI people do UI ... these things are really grating in a program I spend hours in at a time...

I also pasted my entire system profile as instructed over two weeks ago.

No response. But the issue is still there.

It's not a pref issue. It's not a "stale settings" issue. It's not a re-install issue. It's a purposeful Adobe "Share Button" programming issue. Why does it take so much to get so little fixed? Please remove this annoying bug from Photoshop. We're paying for a monthly subscription to use your apps. There should be some sense of urgency on your part.

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
