After updating to the latest version of Photoshop, now when I try to use Sky Replacement it keeps going into a Program Error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error".

Photoshop geeft de melding van een programmafout,

wanneer ik een sky replacement wil toepassen in het bestand (..enkel op de laptop).

Is hier een oplossing voor?

Hello, had a new update to Photoshop CC v 22.5 (on 8/18/21). Today (3 days later) when I went to open up Sky Replacement for my photo, this new message appeared, and now Sky Replacement won't even open. I didn't do anything different since last time I used it!

"Could not complete your request because of a program error." I don't know what happened or why all of a sudden SR won't work. I do have some additional skies which I had added. But can't access anything.

What happened and how can I get SR to work again? Thank you.

Hi

Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences

I am having the same issue as defaultw5xvlvy1d2j0. The sky replacement feature worked fine for several weeks, but after Adobe auto-updated to the latest version, I get this error message every time.

"Adobe Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close."

I have tried all of the workarounds posted by Adobe here, including resetting preferences as recommended above.

Nothing is working.

This is a fantastic feature and I'd REALLY like to get it back up and running. Thanks for any other tips anyone can provide!

@Sage5C11 Thanks for submitting a crash report with your email address! I found it and have asked engineering to take a look.
