P: Slice Tool very laggy

Thanks everyone! I'll install it. I wish the tech support guy would have just said "we're working on it" instead of making me jump through hoops troubleshooting.

Update v20.0.8, problem solved. Adobe already fix this bug.

Same issue here with 21.02. A bit better with 21.03 but still super slow compare to v20 ...
Very hard to work like that !
It's clearly a major bug ! Why it take so long to fix ??
And yes turning off GPU acceleration help a lot ...

I had the same Issue. With v 21.0.2. turning off the GeForce hardware acceleration off helped - so thanks for that hint, @2260238 Plesmid. This was useful, but anyway I agree that this is not a complete fix.

I'm having terrible lag issues with slices too. v 21.0.2. Spent all morning with tech support updating every driver on my Windows 10 machine and it still happens. The only solution was to turn off my GeForce hardware acceleration. But to me that's not a fix.

I can't believe this has been a problem so long and still not addressed. I slice files all day long and it's terrible.
