P: Switching apps on iPadOS/mobile causes layer to move

Scenario:

• A layer is selected
• The “select” tool is selected
• You switch to another app by swiping left on the “handle” at the bottom on the screen in iPadOS
• You switch back to Photoshop
• The previously selected layer is moved way offscreen

Admittedly, this doesn’t happen every time I do this, but it does happen a lot.
