P: Teams/ENT profile not recognized by Photoshop v5.2.2 on iPad (Unexpected Trial)

Hello! Unsure if I'm, in the right place but here goes:

 

I have an Adobe Subscription though my job that also comes with a personal account. The business account includes Photoshop for desktop and iPad. While trying to log-in to Photoshop on the iPad, the app is automatically defaulting to the 'personal' version of my business account and refusing to prompt a change in profiles. The personal version of the account does not have a subscription so I end up stuck on the ' start a subscription ' page with no other options. Here are the unsuccessful things I have tried (all of them several times):

 

- Logging out and logging back in

- Logging out of all devices on both sides of the account and back in again

- Deleting the app and reinstalling

- Restarting my iPad

- On both sides of the account disabling automatic profile selection (so in theory it should prompt me, but it still doesn't)

 

If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this I'd be incredibly greatful!

Thanks for sharing the details. We're aware of this issue, and the team has shared a workaround.

Turn off the automatic profile selection from https://adobe.ly/3YnJQ87 into an incognito tab on the browser, and you will get the option to choose a profile. If this does work, uninstall the app, reinstall it, and restart the iPad.

I too am having exactly the same issue.. I have tried to resolve it with the support chat agent and after suggesting i sign out and sign back in and select the business profile which didnt work, explained that they only offer support for windows and mac and directed me to the community to try and resolve it..

Hola, compramos una licencia de photoshop, tengo entendido que tienes acceso a instalarla en el ipad. Pues inicio sesión y me dice que compre la licencia..., a mi lo de tener dos cuentas me tiene descolocada todas las aplicaciones, que manera hay de unificar los perfiles personales y el de empresa se quede todo en uno y deje de darme la lata todo esto de los perfiles.

Hey, @pelete33004499cuk6. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've checked the email you've signed in to the community with & found an active subscription & profiles in your account. 

 

Please share a screen recording of the log in behavior via direct message.

Also, try removing the Autofill & password for Photoshop & any Adobe services from the Passwords App on the iPad & check if that helps & reinstall Photoshop.

Hola, gracias por contestar, pero sigo sin poder instalar el photoshop en el ipad. Me dice que no tengo suscripción.., borre las contraseñas, las volvi a ponder yo, y nada..., es un poco frustrante ya que tengo la posibilidad de usarlo en el ipad.

It took me 6 hours of online "support", a non-existent helpline that keeps telling me to call back during business hours (even though it was) and finally a phone call from an overseas Adobe "help" centre to advise me I what I already knew...and that is Photoshop iPad is currently bugged at login and doesn't let you select your teams subscription profile, taking you to your personal profile to subscibe and pay instead. 

If someone here works at Adobe, can we please be updated on the progress of this fix? I can't bear to have to go through official "support" channels again.

Bom dia! 

Pago um pacote adobe  Mensal (R$ 169,00/mês) Com o photoshop.

Até ontem acessava  Photoshop no iPad normalmente. Agora não estou conseguindo mais acessar o photoshop no iPad . 

Ao tentar acessar o photoshop aparece opção de compra ou começar avaliação gratuita. 

Por favor, como resolver esse problema?

Hi,

I recently bought an Adobe license, i used it on my pc and got no problems.

Yesterday I downloaded Photoshop on my Ipad and logged in but it wouldn't work : I was asked to buy a license. 

How can I do to use my Adobe license on both Ipad and PC?
