P: Toggling Dynamic Text with the toolbar icon causes the text box to move

Toggling Dynamic Text on and off with the options bar icon causes the entire text box to move on the canvas.

1. Drag the Text tool to create a text box

2. Type characters into the text box

3. Click the Dynamic Text button on and then off again

Expected: Text box remains in original location

Actual: Text box moves on the canvas
