New tool within the "History Brushes" - the "Undo History Brush" - which use the history from the last step instead of the last snapshot

    Yes, but would be even more helpful to have a tool for example:

    History Brush Tool (already existing)
    Art History Brush Tool (already existing)
    Last Step History Brush or Undo History Brush

    So you can use History Brush Tool for the last step only without opening the History Panel.

    You can set the source for the history brush to any history state in the history panel, not just snapshots.
