P: Undo set color is greyed out when set from the Libraries panel

Hi,

I've encountered a bug in the new version of Photoshop.

After using the Libraries panel (I selected a color) the Undo command becomes unavailable and greyed out.

To get Undo ability back I simply need to hide Photoshop and unhide it again.

Not a major issue since the fix is easy, but it is annoying.

I'm on a Mac Pro 3.5 GHz 8 Core Intel Xeon running Mac OS X Catalina
