P: Units problem in Print Dialog

Photoshop CC (2017)
In preferences/units  I choose Centimeters as main units.
  

But in Print Dialog I have one bug. I select Unit: Millimeters in Position and Size and...

 
this is not work correctly.

P.S. Selecting in main window work correctly
