it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.

a lot of the time when i just simply switch tabs it will give me some error where it says ignore report or refresh.

everytime im using this app it says "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED" and if i ignore it my entire computer freezes, if i press reload everything i just added to my project IS GONE. ALL GONE!!! FIX YOUR APP!!!

Sorry about the frustrating error you're seeing.

Is this the Unknown error? Or do you get any specifics about the error you can help us with?

The Entire computer freezing might mean something at a hardware level might be occuring.

Do any other apps freeze like this for you?

If you start a new document and save it, does it save successfully to your cloud account?

I don't know what going on other than the facts that it's giving me a random error message as I'm erasing a part of a layer. It's very distracting, and I wish it would stop.
