P: Unknown error in Ps Web

it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.

    every time i change tabs it says i have an issue with the bowser so i Reload the page and its fine

    Hi @default28914968ilqw28 sorry to hear this. What is the workflow you are doing when this happens, what browser and version are you using? Have you tried another supported browser and does the same thing happen?

    When trying to open a file it keeps saying unkown error with no soultioin and no connection issues

    Sorry for the trouble accessing your files with Photoshop web. 

    Can you provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

    Are you able to create a new document successfully in Photoshop web?

    Which browser and version are you working with?

    it keeps saying to exit or ignore it which makes it so what wasn't saved is gone, so I have to save every minute or so

    Hi @Bubbly_days5E8B sorry to hear this. When you say "open a new page" do you mean open a new tab or a whole new browser window? Could you share a screenshot of the error message and also share what computer/OS and browser you are using?

    Pops up on opening the online app, ignoring it doesn't seem to impact anything thus far. Still don't know why it's occurring.

    Every time I try to do tutorials that are offered to learn a message pops up that there was an error and gives three suggestions- ignore, reload or report issue so here I am reporting the issue because this has happened every time so I cannot learn vital lessons. Thanks for your time, Charlotte

    Hi @Charlotte281576460xsp sorry to hear this.  What tutorial(s) did you try, is this happenig on all or one or..?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

    Hi @default288373122eq3fr, not sure what your issue is.  Could you share some more information or screenshots on what you are seeing and what your workflow is?

     

    What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?
