P: WIA Support destination folder not resizable in Windows

In Windows 7 the WIA Support Destination folder isn't resizable:

File - Import - WIA Support ... - (Destination Folder) Browse

"Browse for folder" also always opens at My Computer level, instead of the previously selected folder. If it's possible to fix this as well it would be greatly appreciated.

The problem also occurred with batch processing but this has now been fixed:

    This was fixed such that the command uses the new style explorer dialog in version 19.0 and later.
