alguien me puede colaborar con este error al abrir photoshopp

Ao abrir o photoshop aparece a msg de erro: Um problema irrecuperável ocorreu. O Photoshop será encerrado.

@Guilherme_Palacio what version of Photoshop and operating system are you using, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling

it says unrecoverable error and shuts down? when trying to open PS i get the message. I have never gotten it before this last update

I was having the same issue and nothing was helping. I went back to version 26.8.1 and it works now.

@JDavid_ Without any detailed informations all is a guesswork.

Do you get any error messges? If yes, please post the exact message word-by-word.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver? If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Try to reset the Photoshop preferences manually. See here Preferences in Photoshop and scroll to section "Reset Photoshop preferences". Near of the end of the document you'll find how to reset the preferences manually.

I installed version 26.10, but it shows the same error.

Photoshop 26.10 is now available via the Creative Cloud desktop app. Please update and let me know if the issue still exists.

Where can I download version 26.8.1?
They only provided me with version 25.0 in the chat.

I reinstalled the previous version (26.8.1) and disabled automatic updates.
I'm waiting for the update fix to come.

Hello everyone,

My problem is the same:
The program does not start, instead an error message appears.
The problem appeared after the automatic update to version 26.9. The installation language is English from the beginning. The environment: Windows 11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 16.0 GB RAM.
Before this, there was no problem.
