P: Zoom animation using shortcut isn't smooth & doesn't center on the view
I really like the update for Photoshop 2020 but it has a few small issues.
When using the hotkeys to zoom it no longer uses the smooth zoom animation and also doesn't center on the view correctly. This is especially apparent when using canvas rotation as now it often zooms into the grey outside the canvas.
Suggestions:
-Ability to set zoom increments for mouse wheel zoom
-Ability to set the transformation reference point to a finer crosshair / different crosshair design
