Pen Pressure Problem Huion tablet 13

I  am having an issue with my Pen pressure in the brush settings on photoshop, I have done everything to try to fix the problem by the following

I've uninstalled my huion drivers and reinstalled them

I updated the drivers for my huion tablet 13 

I restarted my computer multiple times even shut down 

I tried to put the usb and plug it in a different port, and the HDML cable 

I updated my computer 

I unplugged the wires and put them back  

I tried that method with where you put  a certain text file in the photoshop settings and had no luck 

I even updated Photoshop

Any fix to this?

Next to the pen pressure it has a little triangle with an exclamation point in the middle of the triangle.
