Issue Summary:
Using “Select > Subject” on an image triggers a hard crash of the entire machine with the error “Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x38) What failed: nviddmkm.sys”
Sometimes results in corruption of the image that the command is run on as well as other images that are open at the same time making them no longer usable.
Doesn’t occur every time the command is run.

Workaround:
Changing the preference “Image Processing > Select Subject and Remove Background” to "Cloud" prevents the issue.
Documenting this issue here so maybe it might get fixed properly allowing local processing.

Driver Info:
Latest Nvidia Studio Driver 610.62

Photoshop System Info and video of the crash occurring are attached.
