Photoshop 25.11 'Drop Shadow' is just Not working anymore!

For adding a drop shadow on a photo border... it just doesn't add it, when you follow the steps that always worked before! It works on previous versions ie v23.4.2 on my older mac works all ok.

If it happens again, check the global light settings. It is easy to adjust them and lose the shadow.

All fixed now. Reinstalled Ps all works great now.
