I reinstalled the previous version from the Creative Cloud app and that still works.

Event Viewer shows the following:

I recalled seeing something about this over at reddit, so googled whether Win 10 can run Ps v27.10.0.

The response was that Win 10 can run v27.10 only if using Windows 10 (64-bit) version 22H2 or version 21H2 LTSC. Older builds of Windows 10 are not officially supported.

I think that reddit thread’s OP was running 22H1.

    Hi @NARDO29

Apologies for this experience. We recently released Photoshop version 27.11. Could you please check whether the issue persists in this version? Before updating, please open Photoshop 27.9.1, go to Help > System Info, and share the complete system information with us.

Also, if you haven’t already done so, please submit the crash report and include your email address in the report so we can locate it. Once done, please update to Photoshop 27.11 and let us know if you continue to experience the same issue.

Thanks, Srishti Bali | Community & Engagement Strategist, Digital Imaging | Adobe

Same crash with 27.11. How to share a crash report? There is no popup offering to do so. I don’t see Adobe Crash Processor.exe running. If I repeatedly launch this from the command line while Photoshop.exe is still running (it normally runs only a second or two) I still don’t get a crash report but Photoshop doesn’t exit until I stop launching new crash reporters.

I get the same result with the current and previous nVidia drivers--617.14, and 617.42. I have also restarted with the Windows driver verifier monitoring all drivers and found no new information.

    I’m running 64-bit Windows 10 22H2.

I have attached system info and Windows events about the crash.
