Photoshop 27 last version crash on start or open without tools

After the 14th, my Photoshop stopped starting up. It's the latest version and, out of the blue, sometimes it opens, and when it does, the toolbar has no icons, or it opens, freezes, and closes without giving me any options.

The only way I can force the program to start is to reset the preferences with Shift+Ctrl+Alt and click on the program icon. This way it opens, but if I close Photoshop, it crashes again at the start, and obviously constantly resetting the preferences is not ideal.

In addition to version 27, I have the beta installed.

Any suggestions for starting the shipping version?

Thanks for your reply.
Regarding the GPU, I don't think it's a problem because it was working fine until the day mentioned, and everything appeared green in GPU compatibility. The RTX 4060 drivers are updated through the NVIDIA application. If it really were a problem with the graphics drivers, then this version would never have started, and the reality is that I worked with it.
As for the BETA version, it has always been on the Win 11 PC and has never caused any problems. Once again, it was already there, and it was only after the 14th that PSH started to cause problems.

In any case, PSH 27 no longer starts up, so it's pointless to share information. As for the Beta version, I use it to show my students the possible new features of Photoshop. I am an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor, and it has never given me any problems.

Please post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop. This sounds like a GPU problem.

In addition, having a beta installed alongside the regular production version is always risky. I'd recommend uninstalling the beta. A beta is for testing purposes, to identify bugs.
