Photoshop doesn't save on cloud

Hello,

I'm having a problem in saving my files on Adobe Cloud, through Adobe Photoshop.

I've already tested in others softwares like Illustrator, and it's working fine and normal.

But when it comes to Photoshop, it doesn't work at all.

Does anyone have had a problem similar to this and knows how to correct it, please?

That's not where the Photoshop Cloud files are stored. That folder appears on OneDrive because your entire documents folder is on OneDrive.

In Photoshop, go to the Home screen and choose "Your Files." That's where you will see any cloud files.

Hi Jane, I saw that I don't have this option under File Extention, but where supposed to be the extend to adobe cloud, is to one drive cloud.

What do you have in Preferences > File Handling > Default File Location?

I'm using 26.1 version on Windows 10. And I've only used 6,34 GB out of 100 GB from Adobe Cloud.

We need a bit more detail. Which version of Photoshop are you using and which platform is it running on? How much storage space do you have free in your Adobe Cloud?
