Photoshop hangs after edits involving Filter > Camera Raw Filter

Photoshop 2024 And Photoshop Beta hang after I edit any photo with Filter > Camera Raw Filter and a subsequent Filter > Camera Raw Filter.  The hanging involves the entire menu which becomes non-responsive.  I am forced to quit Photoshop from its icon in the application bar.  This happens on my Macbook Pro as well as my Mac Studio operating Sonoma 14.6.1.

Hi,

I have not heard that it is resolved yet, but they are working on it, as you will see in the thread.

    I tried resetting my Photoshop preferences, but this does not resolve the problem of Photoshop hanging after a Filter > Camera Raw Filter edit.
