Photoshop Library slow with every task

Using Photoshop Bata, and the Library is supper slow with every task. i have tried many things but nothing works to fix this. it is also slow on other comupters using the reg versions. what can i do to fix this issue its is almost un usable at this poind spending 5 min to do any task.

im on MacO

using MacOs Ventura Version 13.6 but we other versions of mac with the current version and with the same resurlts. we also have about 20 useres using the Library
