Hi,

That is strange, v25.12 does not have a 3D menu so it should not show up, let alone be frozen.

Can you please provide the system info requested, it may help to identify what is happening.

You might want to re-think your attitude, stop typing in capitals and ask rather than demand resolution by other users (this is a community forum, we do not work for Adobe).

 

What version are you using and on what operating system? The current version (v25.11) does not have a 3D menu, so your post suggests an older version.

 

While the menus are operating, please go to Help >System info and press copy. Then paste the info here.
