Photoshop misconfigured

@Dunham13031955  Tente com o Photoshop fechado, segurar CTRL ALT SHIFT e com as teclas seguradas clicar para abrir o programa, isso faz ele resetar algumas configurações. Talvez funcione.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is not the same as resetting preferences (preferences can be retained in a reinstall). Can you confirm that you have actually reset your preferences.

And the disappointing thing is that Adobe support is not responding today. How can a company the size of Adobe not have continuous support?
