Photoshop Online (Web) Document Loading

Using Microsoft EdgeVersion 126.0.2592.87 (Official build) (64-bit) uploading a 6GB jpg file.  It Never finishess loading. Even the tutorial multiple images doesn't load the image.  Using 1GB wired Cox Cable connection.

What gives?

Photoshop will not load on pc due to upgrade?
