Photoshop seems installed but there are no traces

Can somebody explain to me how this is possible?

 So I uninstalled Creative Cloud and every program, but in the installed apps tab in the windows settings says that photoshop is still installed. I couldn't uninstall it from there, so I tried to delete it with geek uninstaller, but it said that there are no traces left.

 How is does that even work?
