Photoshop Spell Check is set to wrong language

I have looked in the preferences and found nothing on this. I have changed the language to English: USA in the character window/panel. However, anytime I use Spell Check or simply select text, both the spell check and the character window are using Hungarian as the language.

Never had this issue until today. I have no idea how or why it changed, I'm guessing it was some weird shortcut key that was accidentally pressed.  Either way, HELP!
