Pictures are exporting in a wrong manner. What am i doing wrong?

I am trying to export an A4 flyer in JPG, previously it was fine but all of a sudden the images are exporting in a wrong manner. Tried PDF and it is exporting fine. Please help.

 

My PC Config:

i5 7th Gen

32GB Ram

4GB GEFORCE 960M

OK. So that's a problem with layer compositing in Photoshop. Try these two checkboxes:

 

Note that your GPU (GTX 960M) is pretty old and will have problems keeping up with newer Photoshop versions. As far as I can tell it only supports DirectX feature level 11.0. That does not meet the current system requirements for Photoshop, which is feature level 12.0.

In PSD it looks normal, it also looks normal in PDF Exports, i am facing this issue majorly in PNG & JPEG. There are around 16 layers.

How does the original file look when you open it?

 

What's the file format (of the original master file; not the export) ?

 

How many layers?
