Properties for Hue / Saturation adjustment layer not showing

When selecting the Hue / Saturation adjustment layer the Properties does not show, only the layers mask options. This only happens for that adjustment layer.

I’ve tried restarting and it will work only a few times and then go back to not showing the Properties.

It’s on Photoshop 27.10.0 and has been going on for quite a few months now.

See video for example, where it shows how it works fine for the level adjustment layer but not the Hue / Saturation adjustment layer.
