When I select perspective warp tool, my object or photo is flipped vertically.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue. Could you also let me know which version of Photoshop you're using? You can find this information by going to Help > System Info within Photoshop. If possible, could you also share a quick video of the issue? That would help me better understand what's going on. ^CM
