Save for web not working

Save for web does not work after the update. It only works on the first opened/created document. If I open/create a new document, the Save for web window does not open. I have to close photoshop and start again. But again it only works for the first opened/created document.

Hello. so the problem still persists. after deleting "Save for Web Prefs.psp" it works but after restarting Photoshop it doesn't work again. I have to keep deleting "Save for Web Prefs.psp". There was no such problem before the update.

    Well thank you. I removed "Save for Web Prefs.psp" and it works fine now.

    @milan.gudaba just tested on my system, and it's working as expected with Photoshop version 25.11, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
